My sister-in-law introduced these to my family many years ago and it has been a favorite appetizer of ours ever since. I plant jalapenos in my garden every year just for this recipe. It’s a very easy recipe too, always a win in my book!

Ingredients
- 16-18 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 Pack of 1 lb Bacon
- (1) 8 oz Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Cut the peppers in half long way and pull out inner and seeds.
- Cut bacon in half, so that you are wrapping peppers with half pieces of bacon.
- Take your peppers and stuff them with some cream cheese and then wrap with bacon.
- Put these on a baking sheet and put into the oven at 350 F. Time depends on how hot (spicy) you want them. 45 minutes to 1 hour is what my family prefers.
